About the artist

Liu Jiacheng is a photographer currently based in Zhengzhou. She graduated from the University of Warwick in 2021 and began her photography practice in 2025. In her project, she uses imagery to explore the intricate relationships between urban transformation, personal memory, and the concept of hometown. Her works have been exhibited in Lishui, Chengdu, among other cities.
